• Located at Phoenix Children's Hospital Conference Center, 2632 N 20th Street, Phoenix 85006, In either rooms 103 & 104 on the first floor, Conf Center Training Room, or Conf Center room 101. Contact info@waggintrain.com for room number. • Evaluations are scheduled every forty-five minutes. They tend to run on time, but due to unforeseen circumstances, can occasionally run behind. • Please arrive no earlier than fifteen minutes before your evaluation. • Parking is available across the street (Cambridge St. in the parking garage, no fee) • Be sure that you have the necessary paperwork, as well as appropriate collar/harness/head collar and leash. • Make sure you bring your "backpack" of what you would bring on a visit. (Laid out in the online course: brush, treats, wipes, etc.) • Once in the building, you will wait in the lobby area. There will be someone in there to complete your check-in. Once you've checked in, you may walk your dog outside the building if you wish. • Payments can be made now or on arrival, via cash, check or paypal. • Please call, text or email me if you have any questions or problems.
